Customer Support Specialist
You'll be the friendly first point of contact for our customers, answering questions about orders, delivery timelines and account setup over email and live chat. Most of the job is helping people quickly, clearly and with genuine care.
- Respond to customer messages and resolve order questions with empathy and speed.
- Track orders, follow up on delivery status and keep customers updated.
- Spot recurring issues and share feedback with the wider team.
- Help improve our help articles and canned responses.
- Excellent written English and a calm, warm tone.
- 1+ year in a customer-facing or support role (bonus for SaaS or e-commerce).
- Comfortable working independently across time zones.
Google Ads Media Buyer
You'll plan and run our paid search and display campaigns on Google Ads, promoting the FameWick brand and our services to the right audiences. This is a performance role focused on building compliant, well-structured campaigns that bring in genuine customers at a healthy cost per acquisition.
- Build, launch and optimise search, display and Performance Max campaigns.
- Own keyword research, ad copy, audience targeting and budget pacing.
- Set up clean conversion tracking and report on ROAS, CPA and spend.
- Keep every campaign fully within Google Ads policies and advertising guidelines.
- Run structured A/B tests and share clear, honest performance readouts.
- 2+ years managing Google Ads budgets with a track record of measurable results.
- Strong grasp of conversion tracking, Google Analytics and attribution.
- Google Ads certification is a plus.
- Data-driven, transparent and comfortable owning a budget end to end.
SEO Consultant
You'll help us grow our organic search presence through solid, white-hat SEO. That means great content, a technically healthy site and a smart keyword strategy, the kind of work that earns rankings honestly and keeps them.
- Run keyword research and build a content roadmap around real search intent.
- Advise on on-page SEO, site structure, internal linking and page speed.
- Guide our writers on briefs that are genuinely useful to readers.
- Track rankings, organic traffic and conversions, and report on what's working.
- 3+ years of SEO experience with results you can point to.
- Fluent with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Search Console and GA4.
- Strictly white-hat, up to date with Google's search guidelines.
- Clear communicator who can explain the "why" behind recommendations.
